To kick things off, we visited the Pete's Indian Restaurnt on London Road on 11 June 2009.

Gone are the days of the good 'ole Worcester Sauce Factory with their large and very tasty Desperate Dan Cow pies and strong Lumphammer ale.
ReplyDeletePetes Balti however; soon to be no more as well from what I hear, which is a shame by all accounts;was a good little restaurant to kick off the crawl.
Good surroundings, if not a little quiet on the night we visited. service was ok. The food however was one of the freshest currys I've eaten. Top Notch.
